What is cost
per square foot?
• Please, don’t judge a book by it’s cover. Many
times cost per sq ft is thrown around as a rule of thumb, and it
is very inaccurate. Did it include permits, grading, school
fees, utilities connections, water well, septic system etc. ?
You cannot compare a custom home or builder in a true “apples to
apples fashion” with out a complete line itemed bid. There are
a many variables that determine pricing. Building a Custom Home
is unique and cannot be quoted without knowing your plans in
depth. We are pleased to offer not only a complimentary, but a
comprehensive bid for your Custom Home.
We have land, can
you build for me on my land?
• Yes, Raven builds
anywhere. We can also help you locating land.
We already have
plans we like, can you utilize our plans?
• Choose from our
large array of plans or bring your own ideas.
Do we need to
worry about permits?
• No,
Raven Custom Homes will all these types of details for you
Are you a California State Licensed
Contractor?
• Yes,
as required by law!
Do you carry State Liability
Insurance and Workman’s Compensation Insurance?
• Yes, to
both, again as required by law!
Do you have References?
• Yes,
we will gladly provide you with as many references as you
desire. Our references include financial relationships,
trade partners and satisfied custom homeowners.
